ActiveParl に Text::Aspell を入れる

ActiveState のリポジトリに Text::Aspel がない。

Text::Aspell を使うには GNU Aspellが必要。

http://aspell.net/win32/ から "Full installer" をダウンロードしてきてインストール。
Aspell/bin にパスを通す。

Text::Aspell をインストール。
コマンドプロンプト上で

ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Text-Aspell.ppd

を入力
これで、Text::Aspell が使える。

自分でコンパイルすると苦労する。
